Information you provide directly, and that we collect
You provide us with information by completing the subscription process, placing an order, sharing a product or cart, or sending us a message. This may include:
- your first and last name, title, email address, postal address, mobile and/or landline phone numbers, password.
- if you share a cart or product: your names and emails, and those of the recipient.
- if you review a product, your first name, email, the name of the purchased product, and the written review.
- For professionals, the company name and the VAT number of your business.
Information collected automatically
We automatically collect your IP address, connection data (time), types and versions of internet browsers used (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.), operating systems and platforms, data regarding your browsing on our site (URLs of visited pages, form data, errors, etc.). We use cookies to obtain this information.
Session management and “cookies”
Like millions of websites, to manage identification and order processes, we store a cookie on your computer. This can be deleted using your browser’s personal data deletion function. Location of your data
We prioritize data storage in France and the EU. Some may be transferred outside the EU by our partners. In these cases, we ensure compliance with our privacy policy and the framework of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the Privacy Shield.
Partner sites and social networks
Our site and customer area may have links to social networks and partner sites or other companies. We are not responsible for the use of your personal data by these sites.
Data retention period
Your data is retained only for our purposes and the legal duration. The following categories of personal data may have different retention periods:
- Financial data is retained for the duration required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Data collected for insurance subscription is retained for the duration of the subscribed contract and the time necessary to manage any claims.
Confidentiality and password
You are responsible for protecting your password. It should not be voluntarily disclosed to a third party.
Rights to your personal data
You have rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, limitation, and portability of your data. To exercise them, specify your request via your account or by signed postal mail, with a copy of an identity document. Compliance with French and European data protection regulations
Our digital data processing is declared to the CNIL by compliance commitment (NS-048, NS-047, NS-046, NS-042). Under the “Informatique et Liberté” law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete the data you have provided to us.
