Delivery tailored to your bulky or heavy items

We entrust these special parcels to carriers equipped to handle them with care.

Standard delivery is made kerbside, on a ground-level area accessible with handling equipment (no stairs). Our delivery drivers will do their best to help bring your parcels closer to your home, within what is reasonable and safe for them. However, we cannot guarantee this systematically.

Your order is in good hands, from our warehouse to your door

To ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, we reinforce the packaging of delicate items (multiple layers of packaging for optimal protection).

Your heavy, bulky or fragile products are carefully secured on wooden or cardboard pallets so they can travel safely.
