Manufacturer’s warranty: everything you need to know about your product cover
The manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal conditions of use. It is in addition to the statutory conformity warranty (minimum 2 years in France and the EU) and the warranty against hidden defects.
Warranty types
The type and duration of the warranty are indicated on each product page.
Parts and labour
The manufacturer covers defective parts and labour. Shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Parts, labour and shipping
In addition to parts and repair, shipping costs to the repair centre are covered.
Parts, labour and call-out
The most comprehensive cover. A technician will come to your home to carry out the repair on site.
After-sales return
All our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, regardless of your country of residence. Return procedures vary depending on your location.
Mainland France and Overseas Territories
In the event of a fault under warranty, contact our customer service team. We will arrange the return of your product and provide a prepaid return label. Repair or replacement will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
European Union
The manufacturer’s warranty applies in full. Contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label to send your product back within France. Processing times may be slightly longer due to international transport.
Outside the European Union
The manufacturer’s warranty remains valid. However, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not have agreements with carriers outside the European Union and therefore cannot provide a prepaid return label. Contact us to obtain the return address and shipping instructions.
Keep your original packaging
Keep the original packaging of your products for the entire duration of the warranty. In the event of an after-sales return, suitable packaging is essential to protect your equipment during transport.
