In addition to surprisingly high-quality stereophonic sound, this latest-generation model has been further refined: it offers a direct digital playback function from iPhone/iPod/iPad via its front USB port, which is also compatible with other audio media in this format.

More traditional sources are not forgotten: CD, FM radio, digital radio. The D-M39 also offers a digital audio input for direct connection to a television, Internet box, or satellite decoder, significantly improving playback quality.
