The KHW-5 speaker has been carefully designed using the latest technology to deliver superb performance and unmatched value. It uses a 5.25” IMG cone woofer to create remarkably clear and rich bass, and a 1” compression tweeter with an aluminum dome paired with a 5” square Klipsch Tractrix horn for high efficiency and extreme reliability.

Since the KHW-5 speaker uses the same technology and design characteristics as other Synergy products, it is possible to combine this architectural model with other speakers in the range while maintaining acoustic continuity. A well-placed tweeter attenuation switch behind the grille makes it easy to adjust the speaker’s sound to suit ambient acoustic conditions, and an IR knockout allows for the installation of a standard infrared receiver. And the speaker’s 8Ω impedance is compatible with all amplifiers.

The KHW-5’s white chassis and powder-coated, corrosion-resistant aluminum grille can be painted to match the wall.
