Overview
With its compact design (can fit in a 1U rack space), the A.1 audio streaming module joins the Audio A.3 and A.6 multi-room amplified controllers.
Unlike its two “big sisters”, there is no need to necessarily connect the A.1 to the network via a cable, since it incorporates dual-band (2.4 / 5.8 GHz) MIMO wireless technology. So feel free to place it wherever suits you best!
As with other VSSL products, the A.1 module is quick and easy to set up (less than 30 minutes) and will perfectly complement an already deployed VSSL multi-room installation, transparently adding an additional listening zone.
A switch allows you to select the line output operating mode (LINE OUT ONLY ON/OFF), so the A.1 can be easily added to any audio system and bring all the benefits of wireless audio streaming to an “older generation” amplifier! Thanks to the Native Streaming technology used by VSSL (compatible with AirPlay2, Google Cast and Spotify Connect), you can use one of your favorite apps (Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, Tidal, Youtube, Audible, etc.) to directly stream and listen to your favorite playlists.
