ATI Amplifier Technologies AT527NC
Introducing the ATI AT527NC
The ATI AT527NC is a high-fidelity Class D power amplifier designed to deliver exceptional audio performance. Made in the USA, this amplifier is the result of ATI’s expertise and innovation, a brand renowned for the quality and reliability of its products.
Technical Specifications
The ATI AT527NC is a seven-channel amplifier capable of delivering 200 W per channel into 8 Ω and up to 300 W per channel into 4 ohms. It features two toroidal transformers, designed and manufactured by ATI in their California factory. This amplifier is the first from the brand to use a microprocessor for power-on delay control and automatic AC voltage recognition. It can recognize whether it is connected to a nominal 117V or 230V power supply and configure itself automatically.
Design and Connectivity
The ATI AT527NC boasts a robust and elegant design. It weighs approximately 29.5 kg (65 lbs), which is a testament to its solid construction. On the rear of the amplifier, there are numerous connections, including an unbalanced RCA input, a balanced XLR input, an input selection switch, and a pair of gold-plated speaker outputs for each channel.
Audio Performance
It utilizes Hypex N-Core amplification technology, renowned for its efficiency and musicality. Users and critics have praised this amplifier’s powerful dynamics and uncolored sound. Moreover, thanks to its Class D architecture, the ATI AT527NC operates extremely cool compared to other Class A/B amplifiers.
