Oray OPTCOMIRHOME1 Infrared Remote Control

The OPTCOMIRHOME1 infrared remote control is designed to operate Oray projection screens. It consists of a portable infrared transmitter and a receiver that connects to the screen. Compatibility

Simply pair the desired radio remote with the receiver to extend the screen control options.

Range and Programming

The OPTCOMIRHOME1 infrared remote control offers a maximum range of 8 meters in direct line of sight, with no obstacles between the transmitter and receiver. This is the standard range for this type of infrared remote control. Up to 20 transmitters (infrared or radio remote controls) can be programmed and paired with a single OPTCOMIRHOME1 receiver. This allows for multiple control points in the same room, such as a handheld remote and a wall-mounted radio switch.

Programming the remote control and pairing it with the receiver is very simple. Just place the infrared transmitter in the reception area of the module connected to the screen and follow the programming procedure detailed in the manual.

Features

The OPTCOMIRHOME1 remote control allows for the motorized deployment and retraction of the projection screen. A single press of the remote’s button is enough to send the command to the screen. If needed, a wired switch can be connected to the dedicated socket on the receiver. This requires no additional configuration. The wired switch will operate in parallel with the infrared remote control.

In addition to the infrared remote control and its receiver, the Oray range offers several accessories to extend the control options for projection screens:

• Radio remote controls 1MOT03083 and 1MOT03084: allow wireless control with a greater range than infrared. Compatible with the OPTCOMIRHOME1 receiver.

• Wall-mounted switch with integrated radio receiver: allows control of the screen from a wall switch without running cables. Operates in parallel with the remote control.

• Low voltage relay, specific control interfaces: allow interfacing screen control with a home automation system or third-party automation. Available on request.
