Unmatched Efficiency and Dynamics

At the heart of the THX-6000-LCR is a 1-inch titanium dome compression tweeter loaded with a 90° x 60° Tractrix horn. This exclusive Klipsch combination optimizes efficiency and directivity in high frequencies. The horn offers remarkable efficiency while perfectly controlling dispersion, thus avoiding comb filtering effects and directivity irregularities of multiple tweeter solutions.

The bass section is handled by two 6.5-inch anodized aluminum “Cerametallic” woofers. This ultra-rigid yet lightweight proprietary material, combined with large magnetically shielded motors, allows for high sound pressure levels without distortion. With a sensitivity of 97 dB/2.83V/1m and a peak power handling of 600W, the THX-6000-LCR accommodates high-power amplifiers to deliver the full dynamics of soundtracks.

Premium Construction Without Compromise

Klipsch has spared no effort in making the THX-6000-LCR an exceptional speaker. The beveled MDF cabinet uses tongue-and-groove joints for optimal rigidity and acoustic neutrality. The front-firing bass-reflex port facilitates integration into furniture.

Inside, premium wiring preserves signal integrity. Connection is made via two pairs of gold-plated screw terminals linked by brass jumpers. Four 1/4”-20 threaded inserts on the rear allow for solid wall mounting with the optional Klipsch SB-9 bracket or any quality mount supporting an 18 kg load.
