Innovative Electrical Architecture

The V5 ELEKTRA stands out with its sophisticated electrical architecture. It features six independent power cleaning networks, each dedicated to a specific outlet. This approach prevents cross-contamination between connected components, a common issue with traditional power conditioners.

The unit includes two high-current outlets for amplifiers, utilizing a two-stage filtering network with a choke and dual Pi filter. The other four outlets, designed for source components, each benefit from a six-stage delta filter network. This configuration ensures power cleaning of up to 20 dB at 1 kHz and up to 40 dB at 10 kHz—ten times the recommended standard.

Advanced Filtration Technology

IsoTek has focused on filtration efficiency with the V5 ELEKTRA. The system incorporates Adaptive Gating technology, which is twice as effective as its predecessor, the EVO3 Aquarius. This innovation eliminates differential mode interference between outlets.

The printed circuit board (PCB) features double the copper content compared to industry standards, with silver plating to enhance current flow and reduce resistance. These enhancements contribute to a more open soundstage, improved micro-dynamics, and a more detailed and immediate audio reproduction.

Optimized Protection and Performance

The V5 ELEKTRA not only filters but also protects your equipment. Its instant protection capacity reaches 67,500 A, four times the minimum requirement. This enhanced protection safeguards both the internal circuitry and all connected devices.

The direct current resistance (DCR) has been significantly improved, approaching the ideal of zero Ohms. This results in an absolute power capacity of 10 A and a transient current capability close to 16 A, optimizing the dynamic performance of your audio system.

High-Quality Components for Optimal Performance

IsoTek has spared no expense in the quality of the V5 ELEKTRA’s internal components. The internal wiring uses 99.9999% pure copper with silver-plated conductors for low resistance and high current capacity. The aerospace-grade fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) dielectric ensures extremely low dielectric resistance, optimizing current transmission.

All components are encased in a special resin, eliminating vibrations and potential microphonic noise. This attention to detail ensures the purity of the electrical signal delivered to your devices.
