The Unnu Classic Series Model 210 Large is an audio-video cabinet designed to accommodate hi-fi and home theater equipment. Made in Denmark, it combines practical functionality with understated design, allowing installations to be discreetly integrated into the living space.
Robust, modular construction
The Model 210 Large is a single module featuring a storage compartment, an adjustable shelf, and a magnetic rear panel. Its structure is built from 16 mm MDF panels, reinforced with four specially designed metal brackets in each compartment. This construction gives the cabinet remarkable sturdiness, capable of supporting heavy equipment such as a large television without bending.
The inner shelf can be set to three distinct positions, allowing you to adjust the available height according to your devices. Additional shelves are available as options for those who want multiple storage levels. The Model 210 Large stands out from its standard counterpart with a wider footprint, offering more space to accommodate bulkier equipment or several devices side by side.
Cable management thought through to the smallest detail
Unnu’s philosophy is to conceal the visual clutter of modern installations. The rear panel sits 5 cm from the back of the cabinet and attaches magnetically, making it easy to remove for access. This gap provides generous space for routing and organizing cables without compressing them.
Two cable pass-throughs are provided: one in the center of the top panel and another in the center of the bottom panel. These passages allow multiple cabinets to be linked while keeping wiring hidden. Aluminum cable cover plates, machined from a single piece and subtly engraved with the Unnu logo, are available as accessories to complete the installation. They come in silver and black, with five different configurations to fit all models in the range.
Multiple customization options
The Model 210 Large adapts to your needs with several possible configurations. The space can remain open to showcase your equipment, be closed off with an acoustic fabric door or a wooden door, or be replaced by the Projector drawer, a dedicated option for housing a projector.
Fabric doors are one of Unnu’s signatures. Stretched over a black MDF frame and finished with a black cord, they offer a unique advantage: sound passes through the fabric and remote control signals penetrate it, making it possible to control devices without opening the doors. Nine colors are available, split into two collections, Melange (coal, concrete, frost, coffee, latte) and Basic (white, silver, black, gray). These fabrics turn the cabinet into a solution for those who want to completely conceal their installations while keeping them instantly functional.
The cabinet finishes include white or black paint, as well as oak or walnut veneer. Wooden doors and drawers follow the same options. All painted elements receive a polyurethane treatment, ensuring scratch resistance and long-term color stability.

Height and depth dimensions remain identical, as does the internal configuration with one compartment, an adjustable shelf, and a magnetic rear panel. The Large model thus offers about 17 cm of additional width, or 174 mm more usable internal width, allowing it to accommodate wider equipment or provide extra lateral space for connections.
Can multiple Model 210 Large cabinets be stacked vertically?
Unnu furniture is primarily designed for wall mounting or for floor installation on feet, placed side by side horizontally rather than stacked vertically. The 16 mm MDF construction reinforced with metal brackets provides sufficient strength to support heavy equipment on the top surface, but stacking multiple complete cabinets is not part of the original design intent. To create a vertical setup, it’s best to choose Unnu models designed for that configuration, such as the Model 211 Large, which offers two stacked compartments in a single cabinet.
What audio-video equipment can fit in the Model 210 Large?
With internal dimensions of 322 mm in height, 656 mm in width, and up to 347 mm in depth (without the rear panel), the Model 210 Large comfortably accommodates most standard-size hi-fi equipment. An integrated amplifier, a network player, a CD or Blu-ray player, a game console, a TV box, or a soundbar will fit without difficulty. The shelf adjustable to three positions allows you to tailor the height to your devices. For equipment deeper than 295 mm, removing the magnetic rear panel frees up extra space. 19-inch rack-format gear (about 43 cm) has generous lateral clearance for connections.
Does the cabinet require assembly, or does it arrive pre-assembled?
The base Model 210 Large cabinet is delivered fully assembled. Only optional accessories—fabric or wooden doors, drawers, feet, wall mounts, cable cover plates—require user installation. No specialized tools are needed for this installation. Wall mounts require drilling suitable for your wall type and the use of appropriate anchors. Some retailers offer in-home installation services for those who prefer professional setup.
