Motorization and mains control
A single-phase 220-volt motor handles lowering and raising. Two limit switches, adjustable directly on the motor, set the upper and lower positions and return the projector to the same point with each cycle once the installation has been set up. Control is via a three-position single-pole switch: up, down, and stop. This control device is not supplied. The installer selects and wires it according to the desired integration, whether a wall switch or home automation control.
Installing and securing the load
Safety relies on an integrated anti-fall device, which blocks descent in the event of a drive failure and holds the tray in place. The weight involved nonetheless requires serious mounting. You must add the weight of the mount, from 32 to 76 kg depending on the version, to that of the projector, then transfer the whole load to a load-bearing structure, not to the panels of a standard suspended ceiling. The ceiling opening is part of the integration carpentry work and must be planned ahead of the installation.

How do you determine the required stroke length?
Measure the height between the load-bearing ceiling, where the mount is attached, and the lowest point where the projector must stop to project under good conditions. This value will guide you to one of the five versions, from 1 to 5 meters. It is better to choose the drop length closest to the actual need rather than an oversized drop, which is heavier and bulkier when retracted.
What power supply should be planned for?
