Vogel’s TVM 3465 OLED, swivel wall mount

An OLED TV has a panel just a few millimetres thick at the top and a thicker electronics housing at the bottom. This wall mount from Vogel’s takes this shape into account: its mounting frame stays hidden behind the screen, its dual arm lets you turn the TV towards the sofa, table or kitchen, and it can be adjusted with one finger. It supports screens from 32 to 65 inches weighing up to 25 kg.

A discreet frame tailored to the shape of OLED TVs

Most OLED TVs are thicker at the bottom than at the top, and their backs do not have a uniformly flat surface. Vogel’s has designed the interface frame accordingly, with a minimalist profile that does not extend beyond the edges of the TV: viewed from the front or at an angle, all you see is the screen. The mount has a black finish. Soft pads are supplied to protect the back of the TV where it touches the frame.

Turn the screen with one finger, through up to 180°

The mount belongs to Vogel’s Full-Motion+ series: a dual articulated arm with three pivot points, which extends the TV away from the wall and swivels it up to 90° to either side. The actual angle achieved depends on the width of the TV, as a large screen touches the wall sooner than a small one. When folded back, the TV sits 59 mm from the wall; with the arm extended, it reaches up to 580 mm, leaving room to turn it towards another area of the room.

The One-Finger Movement system is adjusted so that the arm can be moved with very little force. This is useful for an OLED TV, whose thin panel does not tolerate being gripped by the edges to force it to move: a gentle push is enough to change its orientation.

Lockable tilt and adjustable levelling

The screen can tilt downwards by up to 20° when mounted high up, above a fireplace for example. OLED panels offer a wide viewing angle, and many installations do not need any tilt: the TiltAnchor system then allows the TV to be locked in an upright position so that it does not tip during adjustment, and released if you want to tilt it later.

Once the mount is installed, horizontal and vertical levelling adjustments correct minor drilling inaccuracies or a slightly out-of-plumb wall, without taking everything apart.

VESA compatibility and weight to check before buying

The mount supports TVs with a diagonal of 81.3 to 165.1 cm (32 to 65 inches), weighing up to 25 kg. For mounting, it supports VESA hole spacings from 200 × 200 to 400 × 400 mm (including 200 × 300, 300 × 200, 300 × 300, 400 × 200 and 400 × 300). The 100 × 100 and 100 × 200 mm hole spacings, common on smaller TVs, are not supported: check the hole spacing and weight without the stand stated in the TV’s manual, especially for a 32-inch model or a heavy 65-inch model.

Guided installation, from template to spirit level

The box contains everything needed for a standard wall: a wall mounting kit with fischer DuoPower wall plugs, a TV mounting kit, a drilling template, a spirit level, an Allen key, clips to keep cables tidy along the arm and a quick installation guide. The Vogel’s DrillRight app helps you locate the first drill hole using a smartphone, which also acts as a spirit level.

Several Vogel’s accessories complete the installation: the TVA 6000 cable duct (black or white), the TVA 6301 rear cover in anthracite, the TVA 6950 adapter for mounting on timber studs and the SOUND 3550 mount for attaching a soundbar beneath the TV.

The mount is TÜV-certified and has an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD): its impact is 16.5 kg CO₂ equivalent and it is 98% recyclable. Vogel’s provides a ten-year warranty.

Frequently asked questions

Can it be used with an LCD or Mini LED TV?

Yes, as long as the TV meets the screen diagonal, weight and VESA mounting hole spacing limits. The minimalist frame is designed for the backs of OLED TVs, but it attaches in the same way to any compatible TV. With a thicker LCD model, the gap from the wall when folded will simply be larger.

Is the mount suitable for a plasterboard partition wall?

The supplied fischer DuoPower wall plugs work in both solid and hollow materials. However, an arm extended to 58 cm exerts considerable leverage on the fixing: on a lightweight partition wall, it is advisable to have the structure checked or to secure the bracket to a stud. For a timber-frame house, Vogel’s offers the TVA 6950 adapter.

How can I hide the cables between the wall and the TV?

The included clips hold the cables along the arm so they follow its movements without getting caught. For the wall section, the TVA 6000 cable channel conceals the cable run down to the sockets, while the TVA 6301 rear cover gives the mount itself a neat finish.

Can a soundbar be added below the TV?

Yes, with the Vogel’s SOUND 3550 mount. The soundbar attaches to the TV and swivels with it. Its weight adds to that of the TV on the arm: the combined weight must remain below the 25 kg limit.

What is the DrillRight app used for?

It uses the smartphone’s camera and sensors to position the first drill hole in the right place and check that it is level. The supplied paper template does the same job for those who prefer to do without it.

At what height should the bracket be mounted?

For a seated position, the centre of the screen is generally placed at eye level, around one metre from the floor depending on the sofa. If the TV needs to be mounted higher, the 20° tilt allows the screen to be angled downwards to maintain a comfortable viewing angle.

What should I do if the TV isn't perfectly level after installation?

Horizontal and vertical leveling adjustments correct slight misalignment after installation, without drilling new holes or taking down the TV.
