BOSE® link AR1 receiver

The BOSE® Link AR1 wireless audio receiver works with the AL8 wireless transmitter connected to your LIFESTYLE® DVD system.* If you have already extended your system to a second room using the AL8 multi-room wireless audio expansion - which consists of a transmitter and receiver - this AR1 receiver will cover another listening zone.

The AR1 receiver accepts two independent audio streams from your LIFESTYLE® system in this listening zone. No wiring is required between the two rooms.

It connects your receiver to a BOSE® Link compatible product and receives signals up to 24 m away. Radio frequency operation allows reception through most walls and floors. You can also enjoy other equipment connected to your LIFESTYLE® system.

Our patented FREE FIELD® circuitry is the key technology in this multi-room wireless audio solution. It allows the AR1 receiver to operate efficiently, even in the presence of signals emitted by cordless phones, wireless Internet connections and other devices. In addition, it helps deliver BOSE® sound quality throughout your home, without interruption, with virtually no delay and no perceptible echo effect.

The BOSE® Link AL8 system is compatible with LIFESTYLE® 48, 38, 28 II and 18 II systems.
