Overview

This Jamo pack consists of two A707 columns, one A70 center speaker, two A702 surrounds, and one A70 subwoofer.

The A 707 speaker is a 2 1/2 way bass reflex system, with the configuration divided into two compartments. The 2 1/2 way configuration provides the best of both worlds: the integrated tweeter and midrange/woofer reproduce the full frequency range and also ensure the coherence, harmony and homogeneity of sound of conventional 2-way systems. The additional woofer operates below 150 Hz and controls the power needed for precise bass frequencies. The use of a rigid aluminum enclosure provides the speakers with ideal operating conditions.

A 702: The use of a coaxial speaker has made it possible to design a very compact speaker that remains powerful despite its small size. To further improve sound quality (reduce unwanted vibrations), the speaker is not only firmly attached to the front of the enclosure but also attached to the back of the cabinet.

The A 70CEN center speaker is equipped with an innovative wall mount that allows the user to adjust the angle of the speaker to obtain optimum sound, regardless of its position in the room.

The compact A 70SUB is made of solid MDF panels, covered with brushed aluminum and glossy black acrylic lacquer. By design, it can be used as a front- or rear-firing subwoofer depending on its location, the desired applications, and the user’s preferences. Placed near a wall, rear-firing increases the subwoofer level, while in an enclosed environment (in a cabinet for example), front-firing is preferable.
