The Prologue 6 is a monaural power amplifier using EL-34 output tubes with an output power of 70 W. It is equipped with PrimaLuna’s exclusive Adaptive AutoBias circuit which continuously adjusts the bias of the output tubes, eliminating the need to match them and extending their life while reducing distortion by up to 40%.

The new exclusive PrimaLuna low-loss, wide-bandwidth output transformers offer optimized phase characteristics and allow driving more complex loads.

A 2 Ω speaker output is offered in addition to the 4 and 8 Ω binding posts. The very low negative feedback, low noise level and very wide bandwidth allow optimal reproduction of micro-information.

The excellent impulse response and increased output power allow the Prologue 6 to authoritatively drive the most demanding speakers. Like all PrimaLuna amplifiers, the Prologue 6 features fuse protection and soft start-up for extended tube life.
