Perreaux Silhouette SXCD

The SXCD is an ultra-compact player composed of two units, equipped with a computer-based reading mechanism which, thanks to its buffer memory, eliminates a large part of the jitter phenomenon.

The player operates in parallel mode and is completely independent of the master clock, which is highly precise.

The master clock, with its 8 nanosecond response time and 5 picosecond jitter, provides a stable and accurate reference to the Burr-Brown converter.
