Kora Crescendo

The Crescendo is a fully balanced preamplifier using a simple differential stage design with a 12BH7 dual triode.

It features KORA’s exclusive CSC and XTL circuits which ensure an extremely low distortion rate as well as a low output impedance at all frequencies and levels. With the volume control placed at the input, the tube stage is unsaturable, regardless of the input level. All combinations of balanced/unbalanced inputs/outputs are possible.

In addition, two slots are reserved for adding optional modules such as a Phono card (already available) and a DAC card (coming in 2005). It comes standard with a balanced XLR card. These modules can be installed by the user without soldering or adjustments.

It is fully remote controlled. All input and output jacks as well as internal switching relays are 24-carat gold plated.
