Sony BRAVIA 7 II 2026 (High-Definition Televisions)
True RGB Mini LED enters Sony’s high-end range with the BRAVIA 7 II, the first 2026 series to use this backlight design. Each zone combines a triplet of red, green, and blue diodes controlled separately, which broadens the color gamut and reduces color interference. Sony claims a gamut nearly twice as wide as that of a conventional Mini LED.
Six screen sizes make up the range, from 50 to 98 inches, priced from €1,799 to €5,999. The XR Cognitive Processor handles image processing, supported by RGB Triluminos Max, Luminance Booster, and Smooth Color Gradation, which reduces posterization in delicate gradients such as skies. The panel supports HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision, with a wider viewing angle thanks to the X-Wide Angle Pro process.
Audio is based on Acoustic Multi-Audio+: side tweeters, woofers, and full-range speakers, compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. Voice Zoom 3 mode isolates dialogue to make it clearer. For gaming, Perfect for PlayStation 5 certification, VRR, and ALLM are supported through two HDMI 2.1 inputs. Google TV and the Bravia Core platform round out the features.
