Sony BRAVIA 3 II 2026 (High-Definition Televisions)

Seven screen sizes, from 43 to 100 inches: the BRAVIA 3 II launches Sony’s 2026 lineup in the mid-range segment, with a clear promise and the hardware to deliver it.

The most significant technical leap lies in the processor. Out goes the X1 chip from the first BRAVIA 3, replaced by the XR Processor brought down from the higher-end models. It handles AI scene recognition, the XR Clear Image function for upscaling content to 4K, and XR Triluminos Pro color rendering (Quantum Dots technology). The LCD panel moves to a native 120 Hz, supported by Direct LED backlighting with Global Dimming.

On the content side, support includes Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and DTS:X. Sony announces specific calibration for Sony Pictures Core, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video, faithful to studio mastering. Four HDMI 2.1 inputs (48 Gbit/s) handle VRR, ALLM, eARC, and 4K/120, enough to accommodate PS5, Xbox Series X, and Switch 2 simultaneously. X-Balanced speakers and Google TV complete the spec sheet, with a two-position Slim T-Shape stand from the 55-inch model upward.
