Samsung Micro RGB R85H 2026 (High-Definition Televisions)

Micro RGB is no longer just a simple demonstration. With the R85H series, Samsung makes this backlighting technology accessible across four screen sizes, from 55 to 85 inches, all in 4K. The principle: red, green, and blue LEDs measuring less than 90 µm, each individually controlled for very precise light and color management. Coverage reaches 100% of the BT.2020 color space, with color accuracy certified by VDE.

The Micro RGB AI Engine processor adjusts shades in real time, and the Glare Free anti-reflection treatment reduces reflections in very bright rooms. On the audio side, the OTS Lite 2.0 system delivers 30 W with Dolby Atmos compatibility, along with Q-Symphony to combine the R85H with a Samsung soundbar.

Positioned below the R95H and its very large sizes, the R85H brings Micro RGB precision into the living room without moving to the more expensive self-emissive Micro LED. A credible entry point into 2026’s high-end color segment.
