Projecting a large image in a brightly lit living room presents a simple problem: ambient light washes out contrast. The Show Place Silent Extra Bright LT’s ALR screen addresses this by directing stray light away from the viewing axis, while reflecting the long-throw projector beam toward viewers. Deep blacks and vivid colors in broad daylight, with a gain of 1.2.

This Silent version introduces the new Lumene Silent motor, twice as quiet as the previous generation, with an optimized brake system that extends the mechanism’s lifespan. The side-tensioned screen remains perfectly flat, with no rippling or image distortion.

The aluminum housing is recessed into the ceiling and the screen disappears once rolled up. Control is via infrared remote control, RS232 inputs and 12 V trigger, for synchronization with the projector or a home automation installation.

One point to check before purchase: this long-throw ALR screen is not compatible with RGB triple-laser projectors, which produce color shifts. For this type of source, choose a UHD 4K/8K screen.
