Overview
Clear Motion Drive
JVC’s Clear Motion Drive technology uses an interpolation algorithm that detects motion in images and increases their frame rate to 240 Hz. An interpolated image is then created and displayed as a double image (the original image plus the new interpolated image). All of this is done in the same amount of time it would take a 50 Hz TV to display a single image. This method provides a brighter rendering in motion scenes, without flickering or blurring.
D-ILA Matrix
Replacing the conventional L-shaped optical structure with a straight configuration reduces light infiltration. Combined with a highly efficient lamp, this new structure achieves a brightness of 1000 lumens. The integration of JVC’s D-ILA matrices with polarizing mirrors also delivers a very high level of contrast. And thanks to the new optics with a fixed aperture to eliminate unnecessary light that reduces contrast, the video projectors achieve an exceptional native contrast ratio. With increased brightness and enhanced dynamics that produce deeper blacks, images are vivid and have great depth. They are perfectly suited for all types of content, including movies, video clips, live concerts, and sports programs.
High-performance 2x motorized zoom
The new high-performance 2x zoom with motorized focus features a large-diameter all-glass optical system with 17 elements in 15 groups, including 2 ED lenses that allow for projecting a Full HD image with exceptional depth. And to produce the deepest black possible, this new high-precision optics also features a three-level aperture system that adjusts brightness according to projection conditions (screen size). Moreover, the high-precision optics considerably reduces chromatic aberrations and vignetting.
