High-end performance, accessible to all

While preserving the DNA of the previous models in the reference Chorus range, the new generation of Chorus 700 boasts a design and quality that is totally in line with today’s expectations: remarkable sound potential combined with even greater perceived value and understated elegance.

New Design

The design of Chorus 700 embraces change while maintaining continuity. The elements that forged the success of this range are still present (non-parallel sides, thick front panel, etc.), but the sharp angles and protruding lines have been softened to make way for fluid curves, more in tune with current trends.

Exclusive Focal technologies

This new generation of Chorus 700, entirely developed and manufactured in France, benefits from the considerable technological advances developed for the world-renowned Utopia III range: inverted dome tweeter, OPC crossover, and more. Not to mention the new TNV2 tweeter in Poron, which significantly improves the performance of its predecessor and ensures a smoother sound with greater harmonic richness.

User reviews

Even though this is just Focal's entry-level offering, you can immediately sense the sound quality of this set from the very first break-in period, providing a perfect match with the Pioneer VSX-924 amplifier.

Pros: An excellent pack in terms of musicality, at a more than interesting price.
Cons: The size of the floor-standing speakers (make sure you have a good base), but that's just a minor detail.
