The NuPrime DAC-9 is a high-end digital-to-analog converter, integrating professional-level equipment, but offered at a price that remains very accessible for audiophiles. It is compatible with Hi-Res audio streams up to 32-bit/384 kHz PCM and DSD256.

The NuPrime DAC-9 is equipped with standard digital inputs (Toslink optical, RCA coaxial), as well as USB and the professional AES/EBU standard on a balanced XLR connector. It can also be equipped with an optional wireless reception module, either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The unit incorporates a premium AKM AK4490EQ audiophile converter with a resolution of 32-bit/768 kHz, as well as a current-mode FPGA upsampling circuit with sub-megahertz precision to ensure a very low jitter rate.

The NuPrime DAC-9 can also serve as a preamp thanks to its 99-step volume control, analog input, and independently adjustable levels for each source. Finally, its output stages feature unbalanced RCA and balanced XLR connectors.
