What Hi-Fi? 5 stars
A global reference, What Hifi? is one of the most comprehensive magazines covering Home Cinema and Hifi. The "5 stars" award distinguishes the highest quality products, according to this British magazine.
Overview
The Revolution XT range marks a significant renewal and drastic update to Tannoy’s best-sellers, the Revolution series.
The Revolution XT delivers natural and engaging musicality with exceptional imaging, wide high-frequency dispersion, and deep, articulate bass, thanks to a Dual Concentric driver featuring advanced Omnimagnet technology, which handles both high and low frequencies.
Offering rigidity that benefits the acoustics, the Revolution XT6F and XT8F floorstanding speakers incorporate two chambers with an internal vent system. This optimizes the performance of the low frequencies and midrange while reducing unwanted resonances. The low frequencies are evacuated through a vent at the base of the speaker, between the cabinet and the integrated plinth.

Rene
Too many overwhelming bass frequencies that ruin everything.
Speakers more suitable for movie soundtracks.

Trop de basses envahissantes qui gâchent tour.
Enceintes plus adaptées à la sonorisation de films.

Superb speakers, visually and they sound fantastic. In the same league as the Epos K3 that I tested the previous year.
