These power cords were purchased for a Marantz Model 30 amplifier and an Atoll CD 200 CD player.
The cords have a large cross-section and are somewhat stiff, which is normal given the high-end components (see specifications).
It's important to be aware of this depending on the space behind the connected devices. It wasn't an issue for me as I had enough room.
In terms of sound, with my devices and speakers (Triangle Antal 40th Anniversary), these cords further improve the electrical connections, reducing background noise and enhancing the final rendering.
I think they can be beneficial even with lower-end Hi-Fi equipment.
A good purchase for me.
