The solid construction and elegant design naturally blend with the existing Denon Design series. When the LP recording is finished, the horizontally tracking angled and curved tonearm is automatically lifted and the platter stops. The weighted belt-drive platters support 33 1/3, 45, or 78 rpm records with the same precision as the original recording. A built-in phono equalizer reads your precious albums with finesse and precision, creating an open and complete soundstage. MM cartridges are included and MC cartridges are also supported. The exclusive removable dust cover can also be used as a decoration.

Specially designed tonearm

The finely crafted horizontally angled curved tonearms ensure automatic lifting and stop playback. When the LP recording reaches the end of playback, the tonearm is automatically lifted 10 seconds before the end of the groove, returning to the standby position to maintain the best possible status. The curved design of the tonearm also reduces harmonic distortion, ensuring a clear sound signal every time you listen to music.

Easy to set up and use

Music fans who are only used to beginners and 33 rpm records are also ready to be uncompressed and used within minutes. Connect your DP-400 to your favorite amplifier or system, such as the Denon Design series, and you’ll instantly hear your LP recordings. Very simple.

The modern designed removable dust cover further enhances the overall aesthetics of the DP-400 and eliminates the sound quality associated with integrated cover vibrations.
