This allows you to precisely manage your contrasts. The Embassy HD has black borders on all of its screens to accurately define the image frame. This also helps avoid any unwanted reflections. The impression of contrast is then considerably enhanced. Adaptable, the screen is extended to match your interior in case of high ceilings. This is called extra-drop. Know that it is also possible to install your screen in front of a window, because Lumene screens have a black backing that blocks light. Treated, they do not yellow.
The quality of a video projection screen also depends on its case. At Lumene we have chosen aluminum for its lightness and strength. It is a material that also resists corrosion very well. Very good. Motor is fairly quiet, remote control works well, mounting options are simple and stable.
Only minor criticism is that the accessibility of the lower limit adjustment potentiometer leaves a bit to be desired, and the instructions for adjusting the upper and lower limits are not specified in the provided user manual.
Expect a few days of strong off-gassing odors after installation.
Very good image quality, good contrast and convincing gain.
