Very happy with my purchase, using it between a CD player and a hi-fi amplifier as a replacement for an AudioQuest Evergreen.

Designed for asymmetrical applications, the asymmetrical double-balanced geometry offers a relatively lower impedance to ground for a richer and more dynamic experience. While many single-ended cable designs use a single path for ground and shielding, double-balanced designs separate the two for cleaner, quieter performance.
From the beginning, AudioQuest has pioneered the use of superior metals, but we were surprised by the leap forward in performance achieved with Perfect-Surface Copper’s (PSC) incredibly smooth and pure surface. PSC clearly outperforms previous AQ metals that cost over ten times as much. AQ’s proprietary metal-processing technology protects the wire’s surface at every stage of drawing and fabrication. When high-purity, low-oxide copper is kept as soft, pure, and smooth as possible, it becomes a very low-distortion conductor. In a conventional cable, electrical and magnetic interaction between strands is one of the greatest sources of distortion, often causing a somewhat dirty and harsh sound. Solid conductors are fundamental to Red River’s very clean and natural sound.
This plug design allows for a solder-less connection, which is a common source of distortion. Instead of soldering, the process employs a high-pressure technique. Because the ground shells are stamped instead of machined, the metal used can be chosen for low distortion instead of machinability.

Used to connect my DAC to my tube headphone amp, neat presentation and excellent signal transmission.

I can only say "Meh". A very distinctive sound lacking roundness that takes away more than it gives.
Artificial highs on our system. Truncated bass. For the price, there are much better options. Steer clear. Audioquest is usually a good brand though.
Go for the cheaper and far superior Audioquest Evergreen RCA cables instead! We were able to compare them directly...
