Nuprime CDT-9 black

The NuPrime CDT-9 is a highly precise professional music CD transport with a powerful DSP-based decoder that provides all Red Book error correction capabilities with master clock control of the entire decoding system, significantly reducing jitter. The unique transport speed minimizes vibrations and unbalanced discs. A selectable sample rate converter (SRC) upsamples the CD format to a higher sample rate (up to 24-bit/768 kHz PCM and DSD256) with ultra-low jitter and distortion.

High Precision CD Playback

• ARM LPC2103F CD chip reads, writes and controls error correction
• High-end Philips SAA7824HL laser read/write head control and decodes chips for transport
• Transport and laser assembly is a Sony KHM-313
• Supports CD-DA, CD-R, CD-RW formats
• Algorithm reduces digital interference resulting in extremely low jitter
• Coaxial output with dedicated isolation transformer
• Low-jitter I2S output for professional use

Sample Rate Converter

• Sample rate can be increased in PCM and DSD, from 44.1kHz up to 768kHz or DoP256
• Conversion is performed by megahertz upsampling before downconverting to the target sample rate with ultra-low jitter and distortion
