Cut the noise, keep the music intact

The TW-E7B benefit from Yamaha’s Advanced ANC technology, which allows for exceptionally clear and precise sound with all the original nuances. The user can thus completely immerse themselves and feel the music as the artist composed it without being disturbed by external noise. Yamaha’s unique algorithm focuses on preserving the music while blocking external noise. Traditional ANC uses an internal mic to listen for noise in the ear canal. However, often the sound in the ear canal also includes music, which may also be altered.

Optimized voice calls

The new TW-E7B feature Qualcomm® cVcTM (Clear Voice Capture) technology and fast pairing. The high-performance MEMS microphones in both earbuds are dedicated to calls, separating incoming voice from other noise when capturing sound. Silicone is used for the coating of the sound duct that connects the microphone hole in the earbud housing to the call circuit board. By sealing the sound duct, it prevents unnecessary resonances and sound loss before it reaches the circuit. These two mechanisms make the voice clearer for the person on the other end of a call or meeting.
