The Cabasse AMP 240S is equipped with a Class D amplifier that delivers 215 W per channel at 4 Ω and 120 W per channel at 8 ohms, which is sufficient to power most floor-standing or bookshelf speakers. The Cabasse AMP 240S allows you to listen to all your sources and music platforms in stereo, and integrates an HDMI eARC input to experience every movie with incredible dynamics. Paired with the Murano, it’s really good for the price.
A small downside in my opinion is that you have to turn the volume up fairly high to get some dynamics despite the DFE; the speakers’ 87 dB sensitivity probably doesn’t help.
But it’s really nice for a simple and effective Class D, just like the app.
