By combining a molding process that uses no heat-resistant materials with post-processing without hot extrusion or rolling, the product can be mass-produced in a way that excludes inclusions and impurities. It has high malleability and stretchability that allows for processing of ultrafine wires.

Hand-braided

Featuring a proven twisted design, each cable is composed of 140 conductors with a diameter of 0.04 mm, in an eight-to-four wire braid configuration. Twisting the wires minimizes the energy of the magnetic fields created by each wire, allowing us to achieve appropriate reduction of signal noise and interference. This technique achieves two main goals: reducing outgoing noise and reducing incoming noise related to electromagnetic interference.
