The Klipsch THX-502-L is an in-wall speaker designed to deliver exceptional cinematic sound quality, optimizing the clarity of dialogue in your favorite movies and TV shows. Versatile, this speaker can be used as a front left or right speaker, a center speaker, or even as a surround speaker. To maximize its performance, it is recommended to pair it with a subwoofer.
This is a 2-way speaker with a frequency response of 46Hz-20kHz +/-3dB, capable of handling 100W/400W of power. The speaker is equipped with a 25mm titanium diaphragm tweeter, coupled with a 90° x 90° square Tractrix horn. For low frequencies, it uses two 13.3cm high-efficiency woofers with glass fiber cones.
Its ABS frame and MDF/aluminum motor panel provide exceptional robustness and durability. Designed to be recessed into the wall, this speaker offers discreet and elegant integration. The white finish of the speaker is paintable, allowing you to match it to the color of your wall for even more discreet integration.
The THX Select certification of the Klipsch THX-502-L guarantees dynamic, effortless reproduction and superior sound in larger spaces. This highly respected certification attests that the speaker faithfully reproduces sound as it was mixed in the studio, providing an authentic cinematic experience at home. The high-efficiency glass fiber woofers deliver powerful bass impact, while the titanium tweeter, paired with a square Tractrix horn, ensures a flat in-room frequency response with high efficiency.
Compared to other offerings from Klipsch, the THX speakers are considered to be in a class of their own. They are specially designed to provide an optimal experience when watching movies at home, directing sound straight to the listener, reducing reflections, and allowing precise listening to all the nuances of favorite films.
