Design and Construction

The Ultra Evolution Tower boasts an elegant and sophisticated design, with a curved front baffle that ensures acoustic alignment of the drivers. This unique architecture allows the sound waves emitted by the tweeter and the midrange and bass drivers to reach the listener simultaneously, improving phase coherence and sound image precision.

The cabinet is crafted from high-quality materials, with finishes in piano gloss black, gloss white, or black oak veneer. The drivers are protected by removable neodymium magnetic grilles, while elastomer feet and metal spikes are included for optimal stability.

Driver Technology

The Ultra Evolution Tower features a 1-inch diamond-coated aluminum dome tweeter, an exclusive innovation from SVS. This diamond coating, achieved through a vapor deposition process, enhances the dome’s rigidity and acoustic properties, extending the frequency response well beyond the limits of human hearing. The result is airy and detailed sound without distortion.

Two 4.5-inch composite glass-fiber midrange drivers are positioned on either side of the tweeter in a dedicated acoustic chamber. This configuration allows for seamless integration with the tweeter and eliminates unwanted cabinet resonances.

Four 5.25-inch woofers, arranged in a force-canceling array (two front-firing and two rear-firing), deliver deep and accurate bass while minimizing cabinet vibrations. This configuration ensures pure and faithful bass reproduction, regardless of listening level.
