Dual-arm swivel TV wall mount
A television mounted flat against the wall faces just one spot in the room. This dual-arm mount extends it up to 58 cm from the wall, turns it towards the sofa, table or kitchen area, then folds it back to within a few centimetres of the wall when the screen is no longer in use. It accommodates televisions from 32 to 65 inches weighing up to 25 kg, can be moved with one finger and comes with a ten-year warranty.
Two articulated arms to position the screen
The TVM 3445 belongs to the Full-Motion+ family from Vogel’s, the range of mounts that combine extension, swivel and tilt. Its two 58 cm arms articulate around three pivot points. When folded, the television sits 59 mm from the wall. When extended, it reaches up to 580 mm from the wall, leaving enough room to turn it fully towards another part of the room.
The stated swivel range reaches 180°, but the angle actually available depends on the television’s width: the wider the screen, the sooner its edge touches the wall as it turns. A 40-inch model benefits from almost the full range, while a 65-inch model has a more limited range. The tilt reaches up to 20°, useful when the screen is positioned slightly high or a window causes reflections at certain times of day.
The mount is available in black and white. The white version blends into a light-coloured wall, while the black version stays out of sight behind most televisions.
Smooth movement and a locked tilt angle
Vogel’s calls the smooth action of its joints One-Finger Movement: coated bearings and precision steel shafts mean that a light push of a finger is enough to move the screen, without jerking or squeaking. This ease of handling matters on an arm mount, which is often moved to suit the viewing position.
The tilt, however, must not move on its own. The TiltAnchor system locks the screen at the chosen angle so that it does not droop under its own weight over the weeks, and releases when you want to change the setting. Once the mount is installed, horizontal and vertical levelling adjustments compensate for minor drilling inaccuracies: a hole a few millimetres out of place does not result in a crooked television.
Everything needed for installation included in the box
The TVM 3445 attaches to the back of the television using the four standard VESA threaded holes. Their spacing, or centre-to-centre distance, is listed in the television’s manual, and the mount accepts all common combinations between 100 × 100 and 400 × 400 mm, including rectangular patterns (200 × 300, 400 × 200, 400 × 300 and others).
The box contains everything needed to complete the installation without another trip to the shop: the wall mounting kit with fischer DuoPower wall plugs, the television mounting kit, pads that protect the back of the screen where it touches the mounting plate, a spirit level, an Allen key, a drilling template and a quick installation guide. Clips positioned along the arms guide the television’s cables to the wall and prevent them from dangling during movement.
The free DrillRight app from Vogel’s complements the template: it uses the smartphone’s camera with augmented reality to locate the first hole at the correct height, and includes a digital spirit level.
Certified safety and quantified environmental impact
The mount is TÜV certified. Vogel’s tests it at three times its maximum load, or 75 kg for a television limited to 25 kg, and covers it with a ten-year warranty.
The brand publishes an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for this model, a standardised document that measures a product’s impact throughout its life, from raw material extraction to end of life. The declaration for the TVM 3445 puts this impact at 16.8 kg CO₂ equivalent, with a recyclability rate of 98%.

Frequently asked questions
How can I check if my TV is compatible with the TVM 3445?
Three criteria should be checked in the TV’s manual or specification sheet: a screen diagonal between 32 and 65 inches (81.3 to 165.1 cm), a weight without the stand of 25 kg or less, and a VESA mounting pattern included in the accepted list. Weight deserves particular attention with larger screen sizes: some 65-inch TVs weigh more than 25 kg, in which case a mount with a higher weight capacity is required.
Can the mount be installed on a plasterboard partition?
An arm mount exerts considerable leverage when extended: the weight of the TV, held nearly 60 cm from the wall, pulls strongly on the upper wall plugs. Plasterboard alone does not provide sufficient support; the mount must be secured to the partition framework or a load-bearing wall. For timber-framed partitions and walls, Vogel’s offers the TVA 6950 adapter, which spreads the fixings across the studs. If you are unsure about the wall type, an installer will know which anchoring method to use.
How far will my TV actually be able to swivel?
It all depends on the ratio between the screen width and the arm length. To swivel, the TV must first be pulled away from the wall, and its rear edge traces an arc that eventually meets the wall. A narrow screen swivels almost the full advertised 180°, while a wide screen stops sooner. For a 55- or 65-inch TV, it is best to plan the mount’s location around the main listening position rather than rely on a full rotation.
At what height should the TV be placed?
The usual guideline is to position the centre of the screen at eye level for a seated person, generally between 1 m and 1.20 m from the floor for a standard sofa. If the TV needs to be positioned higher, above a fireplace or a piece of furniture, the 20° tilt allows the screen to be angled downwards while maintaining a comfortable head position.
How can I hide the cables between the TV and the wall outlet?
The supplied clips hold the cables along the arms. For the section running down from the mount to the sockets, Vogel’s offers the TVA 6000 cable cover, in black or white, which attaches to the wall and conceals the cables. The anthracite TVA 6301 rear cover conceals the back of the mount.
Can a soundbar be mounted below the TV?
Yes, with the Vogel’s SOUND 3550 mount, which attaches the soundbar below the screen. It then follows every movement of the TV and stays aligned with the picture when you swivel it. The weight of the soundbar and its mount is added to that of the TV: the total must remain within the 25 kg limit.
