Overview

The DSP-Z11 adds a new dimension to home theater: unprecedented image and sound resolution. Yamaha’s DSP-Z11 expands the sound experience in a fascinating way.

To achieve this, it complements the classic 7.1 speaker configuration with two pairs of speakers, installed at the front and rear, which are offset to the side above the normal speakers.

No fewer than four Quad signal processors calculate a complex sound field in Cinema DSP HD3 mode, which not only allows sound events to be localized on a horizontal plane but also makes the height of the virtual room perceptible.

The sound section is equipped with Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD High-Resolution, and DTS-HD Master Audio decoders for every possible and imaginable audio format.
