Audioquest Rocket 22 SBA (Speaker Cables & Wires, Assembled)

The Rocket 22 in Single BiAmp version is designed for bi-amplification: two separate amplifier outputs independently drive the bass and treble sections of a speaker with dual binding posts. This results in four connectors on the electronics side and four on the speaker side, whereas the bi-wiring version has only two on the amplifier side. The two halves of the cable remain independent, so the high currents of the bass do not interfere with the finer treble signals.

The conductor remains that of the Rocket 22, a step above the Rocket 11: 12 AWG gauge, proprietary Perfect-Surface Copper and Long-Grain Copper, purer than standard OFHC. The few strands, held in a concentric structure, limit their interactions; the twisting of the pairs lowers inductance and clarifies the upper end of the spectrum. PVC insulation, with a marked installation direction to reduce high-frequency noise.
