Sonus Faber: all products
Sonus faber has been handcrafting hi-fi and home theater speakers near Vicenza, Italy, since 1983. Its founder, Franco Serblin, applied the methods of violin making to acoustics: solid wood cabinets curved like a lute, leather, successive layers of varnish, and a shape made famous by the 1993 Guarneri Homage. The drivers have been designed in-house since 2014, guided by a philosophy the brand calls Natural Sound. The sound signature, warm and never harsh in the treble, with rich midrange and present vocals, runs throughout all ranges, from bookshelf speakers to floorstanders, center speakers and in-wall models, making mixed stereo and home theater systems easier to create. Every Sonus faber speaker is assembled in Veneto and combines acoustic precision with cabinetmaking finishes that also make it a piece of furniture.
