Once connected to a home network, the VSX-527 enables music streaming thanks to its DLNA 1.5 and Windows 7 certification and offers listening to radio stations from around the world via its Web Radios function. Sound quality has not been overlooked, with the VSX-527 incorporating many of our technologies. It is based first and foremost on our Direct Energy amplification concept.

This optimizes signal transfer to reduce internal disturbances and is complemented by our MCACC acoustic calibration system. Its HDMI interface, with 6 inputs/1 output, conveys 3D video and HD audio streams to robust audio processing based on a 192 kHz/24-bit A/D converter.

Additionally, the Advanced Sound Retriever acoustic enhancement technology allows for optimized reproduction of compressed stereo sources, in addition to the Sound Retriever AIR which improves stream quality for Bluetooth music streaming (optional AS-BT200 adapter).
