The VSX-1122 is a perfect illustration of digital convergence, allowing you to centralize numerous sources in various forms. Certified for Airplay, DLNA, Windows 7, and Web Radios, it lets you fully enjoy your audio files once connected to a home network or via Wi-Fi (optional adapter). The front USB port also enables streaming of HD audio files in 192 kHz/24bit and connecting an iPod/iPhone/iPad for access to audio-video files.

Similarly, Bluetooth streaming via the optional AS-BT200 adapter and Air Jam app allows simultaneously connecting up to 4 iOS or Android smartphones to create a shared music playlist. The playback of these various sources is entrusted to our Direct Energy amplification base, delivering 7x150W of power.

Our different acoustic analysis and control technologies such as Advanced MCACC (acoustic calibration), Standing Wave Control, and Phase Control optimize the sound. Likewise, the Hi-Bit24 Audio process, by resampling the signal in 24-bit for all sources, enables reproduction ever closer to the original signal. Finally, the innovative ergonomics of the VSX-1122 make it simple and user-friendly.

This starts with the AVNavigator software provided with the device, allowing you to install and discover the amplifier’s features. As for our iControlAV2012 app available for iOS and Android, it enables fully controlling the VSX-1122, including for the Zone 2 audio-video.
