QED Performance Audio 40 1m

The 40 range is based on an entirely new cable concept developed in QED’s laboratories.

The cable design aims primarily to achieve low electrical capacitance, as this was identified by QED as a key factor in high fidelity. This allows a tight sound to maintain the rhythm of the original track. Other measures have been taken to limit small timing errors within the cable, using staggered conductor diameters and a special floating Zn/Mn ferrite sheath.

• 99.99% Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) with low dielectric constant PE foam ensuring pure sound
• Gold-plated QED RCA plugs
• QED Analoc locking system
• Hollow central tube for improved insulation
• Protection against interfering signals, high external voltages, and currents
• Shielded plugs (ferrite) in zinc/magnesium alloy
