For over 20 years, Advance Paris has been passionately designing products for discerning audiophiles.
The UX1 universal source is no exception. It will satisfy the lover of quality sound across all their sources. The doors to high-definition audio will be opened to them!
The UX1 is at once a network player, a DAC, a CD player, a PC/MAC player via its X-MOS USB-B asynchronous input, and a DAB/DAB+ and FM digital tuner.
Whatever the medium of your favorite music - PC or MAC computer, smartphone, tablet, network hard drive, NAS or CD, you can enjoy very high quality sound.
“No limits” was our philosophy in designing our universal source. Our engineers have integrated the best technologies with the sole condition that the results obtained translate into a soothing, non-aggressive listening experience of total purity.
The audio output stage as well as the decoding part have been particularly well cared for. Signal conversion is handled by the AK4490 converter from AKM.
The AK4490 is part of a new generation of high-end 32-bit DACs based on AKM’s VELVET SOUND architecture, which has been widely adopted by well-established high-end audio companies. This technology enables the realization of quality sound details thanks to its low distortion architecture, in addition to 32-bit resolution digital filter processing.
The AK4490 supports up to 768 kHz PCM and 11.2 MHz DSD (Direct Stream Digital), suitable for playing high-resolution audio sources. Five digital filters are integrated into the DAC, thus optimizing the sound rendering.
The AK4490EQ is adapted to the conversion of high-resolution sound sources that the UX1 masters perfectly.
Combined with our audio stage, this low distortion DAC (- 112 dB based on a signal-to-noise ratio of over 120dB) will increase your listening pleasure tenfold!
The network player part of the UX1 allows you to manage streaming services (Spotify, Qobuz…), several thousand local, national and worldwide radio stations, and play your music library stored locally on your computer or network drive. Compatible with Airplay and DLNA. Multiroom.
Your network player can be controlled via the ADVANCE PLAYSTREAM application downloadable from the AppStore and Google Play.
