Very good amplifier that brings my TRIANGLE DELTA speakers back to life. Perfectly meets my expectations.

The Edge A is designed to celebrate musicality. Riffs, phrases, percussion: perceive every detail of your music thanks to its dynamic configuration. Natural power but with incredible depth, the sound is altogether breathtaking: as if you were in the recording studio with the musicians.
The Edge A is designed to bring every musical nuance to life. It offers a perfectly balanced sound, with depth and clarity perceptible in every note. We developed the system by ear, testing each element and choosing the one that blew us away. The end result: a revolutionary arrangement that produces a much clearer signal path and lets your music breathe. The Edge A delivers our usual British sound, without adding or removing anything.
We were the first to use toroidal transformers in amplifiers, which improved performance. Edge goes even further by using opposed symmetrical toroidal transformers. This cancels out electromagnetic interference while providing exceptional power and maintaining consistent tone, no matter the volume level.
A classic Class A amplifier technology was not enough for the Edge A. Instead, we added a bias voltage to a traditional Class AB model to reduce distortion to an inaudible level. This unique configuration also produces less heat and makes the entire system much more efficient.
Edge A was designed with a unique PCB. Our engineers replaced conventional capacitors with a direct-coupled topology and also added a solid-state volume control. The end result is a clean, perfectly balanced signal path at all volumes.

The finesse/smoothness *and* detail that I used to get with Class A amplifiers is present, along with the added convenience of all these digital inputs.
