Pathos InControl Mk2
Overview
The new InControl Mk2 is the natural partner to the stunning and powerful InPower Mk2 power amplifier from Pathos. More versatile, more compact, with a dedicated headphone amplifier and a new design inspired by the InPower Mk2.
The InControl Mk2 hides a fully balanced differential circuit under the hood. Pathos uses the prestigious Tung-Sol ECC803S tubes to ensure pure, well-defined sound with high gain. The Mk2 version is more compact and lighter than the previous InControl: all the Pathos technology used for this preamplifier is contained within the chassis, which harmonizes perfectly with the InPower Mk2.
The VFD display is the same as the one on the InPol Heritage: larger, clearer, with adjustable brightness to suit your preferences. The large aluminum knob allows for precise volume control. The 100 steps provide wide dynamic range, in addition to the natural logarithmic progression of decibels, making the volume control versatile and adaptable.
