Presentation of the product “Klipsch Jubilee black satin”
Design and finish
The Klipsch Jubilee is a flagship product from the Heritage series by American manufacturer Klipsch. It is designed to offer the ultimate listening experience, incorporating the latest acoustic technologies. The Klipsch Jubilee is the last project that Paul W. Klipsch, founder of the brand, worked on. His dream was to create a fully horn-loaded speaker that would satisfy the most ardent audiophiles.
The Klipsch Jubilee speaker is made in the USA by proud artisans in Hope, Arkansas. Each pair of Klipsch Jubilee speakers is color-matched, with the wood veneer panels used systematically coming from the same trunk. All cabinets are meticulously crafted so that each speaker in a pair is virtually indistinguishable from the other.
Speaker system
The Klipsch Jubilee is a fully horn-loaded two-way floorstanding speaker. It features an all-new K-693 driver for midrange and high-frequency reproduction. This large-diameter driver offers a very wide bandwidth, eliminating the need for a dedicated midrange driver and allowing the Klipsch Jubilee to stay true to Paul Klipsch’s design. This wide-band driver lowers the crossover point below the critical vocal range for uncompromising clarity and precision.
For bass reproduction, the Klipsch Jubilee floorstanding speaker employs two K-283 drivers. These adopt a 12-inch diameter composite fiber diaphragm. This design results in a diaphragm that is both rigid and lightweight, ensuring optimal control. The drivers are paired with a triple internal vent that exits to a double horn.
Sonic advantages
The Klipsch Jubilee delivers an unparalleled listening experience. Thanks to a large loading volume and a triple vent, the Klipsch Jubilee speaker is capable of providing powerful and realistic bass down to 18 Hz. The horn-loaded driver system allows the Klipsch Jubilee to be 10 to 20 times more efficient than a conventional speaker, resulting in unmatched low-frequency performance, maximizing output while minimizing distortion for dynamic, clean bass.
Technical specifications
The Klipsch Jubilee is equipped with an external active crossover. Thanks to a DSP system, the Klipsch Jubilee speaker adapts the phase and time delay of each acoustic component to eliminate phase cancellations and optimize the crossover frequency.
