BOSE® link AL8 wireless multi-room audio extension

The BOSE® Link AL8 wireless multi-room audio extension is the simplest solution for extending your LIFESTYLE® system to other rooms. This transmitter/receiver set transmits two independent audio streams between your system and a BOSE® Link compatible product located in another room. All without cumbersome cables. Wherever you are, you’ll enjoy the benefits of your LIFESTYLE® system.

To do this, you need to connect the transmitter to the media center of your LIFESTYLE® system. Then simply connect the receiver to the speaker system in the second room. You can also enjoy other equipment connected to your LIFESTYLE® system.

Our patented FREE FIELD® circuitry is the key technology behind this wireless multi-room audio solution. It allows the BOSE® Link AL8 extension to operate efficiently, even in the presence of signals emitted by cordless phones, wireless Internet connections and other devices.

In addition, it helps deliver BOSE® acoustic quality throughout your home, without interruption, with virtually no delay and no perceptible echo effect.

The transmitter and receiver operate through most walls and floors, up to 24 m away. AR1 receivers (sold separately) can be placed in seven additional rooms for wireless audio transmission from a single AL8 transmitter.

The BOSE® link AL8 system is compatible with LIFESTYLE® 48, 38, 28 II and 18 II systems.
