No cabinet so no coloration issues, unmatched speed which is the hallmark of ribbons. Many manufacturers have tried to copy Apogee, usually with the addition of a bass module, without ever achieving the unbeatable coherence of Apogee speakers.

The Diva is interesting in the Apogee range: relatively easy to drive thanks to its 3 Ω impedance; it will still need to be paired with a high current amplifier like Krell, Mark Levinson, Threshold, Jeff Rowland… The DIVA represents an unparalleled success of the “all ribbon” technology.
