TCL X11L 2026 (High-Definition Televisions)

The X11L sits at the top of TCL’s 2026 lineup, with a deliberate technical choice: instead of following the RGB Mini LED race, TCL is pushing its quantum dot backlighting to the limit, under the name SQD-Mini LED (Super Quantum Dots). A few figures sum up the ambition: up to 20,736 dimming zones on the 98-inch model, a claimed peak brightness of 10,000 cd/m², and BT.2020 gamut coverage that TCL says reaches 100%, a level previously reserved for professional reference displays.

The range is limited to large screen sizes: 75, 85, and 98 inches. The CSOT WHVA 2.0 Ultra panel incorporates an anti-reflective treatment in the glass, with a reflection rate of 0.5%, a tangible advantage in a room exposed to daylight. All four HDMI 2.1 ports support 4K at 144 Hz, including VRR and ALLM, enough to connect consoles and PCs without sacrificing a port. The sound is by Bang & Olufsen, the interface is based on Google TV with Gemini for voice control, and an update expected later this year will add support for Dolby Vision 2.
